Right of Withdrawal
These instructions only apply if you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. you conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business or profession. Bookings by companies, schools, day-care centres and other institutions in the course of their activities are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
1. When the date-specific exception applies
Under Section 312g (2) no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal only where the specific offer is a service related to leisure activities and a specific date or period is scheduled. A date alone is not sufficient. Whether the exception applies depends on the content of each offer.
Where the exception applies, this is displayed clearly before you submit the booking. Otherwise, the right described below applies. Contractual cancellation rights may exist independently.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, you must inform the farm operator identified in the booking confirmation. The farm operator has authorised Kleiner Landwirt as its central receipt and processing agent: Kleiner Landwirt UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schohasberger Weg 8, 27751 Delmenhorst, Germany, email: info@kleinerlandwirt.de, phone: +49 176 80762726. An unequivocal statement by letter, email or through the electronic function is sufficient. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal: The farm operator must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your statement is received by Kleiner Landwirt or the farm operator. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will generally be used; you will not incur fees as a result.
If you expressly requested that a service subject to withdrawal begin during the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already performed. The right expires upon complete performance only under the statutory conditions, in particular after your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right may expire.
3. Electronic withdrawal function
Use the following route to review your booking number and statement and expressly confirm withdrawal. We immediately display a case number, record receipt and provide a storable and downloadable acknowledgement containing the statement, date and time. Where delivery is possible, we also send it by email.

5. Cancellation alongside withdrawal
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, you can cancel dated bookings in accordance with the respective farm’s cancellation policy – directly via the management link from your booking confirmation. The details are governed by our Terms and Conditions (Sections 6 and 7).
